- Wheels: Damages to tyres (Punctures, blow-out, accidents, etc...)

- Lost or damaged car key.

- Inadequate refuelling.

- Damaged due to negligent driving.

- Collection and delivery from 20:00 hours to 09:00 overtime services 18€.

- Baby seats are available with a supplement of 2 € per day, with a maximun of 18 € per renting.

- Petrol: Value of fuel between 30 € and 60€ depending on the model supplied. Please, return it empty as there is no refund on unused fuel.

- Negligence: Cigarrette burns, cracked wing mirrors.

- Traffic and parking fines.

- Additional drivers that are not the spouse of the main driver are subject to a 
6 € surcharge per hire

VEHICLE COLLECTIONS:

- After collecting your luggage at Malaga Airport proceed to the arrivals hall and exit by the first set of doors. We will be waiting for you on the same level, there you will be met by our representative.

AGE AND LICENSE:

- The minimun age to hire a car is 22 years old, with more than 2 years of driving license.

PERIOD OF HIRE:

- Rates are quoted per week. If additional days are required, they are available at 1/7th of the weekly rate. For bookings of less than a week, the daily rate is 1/5th of the weekly rate plus one day.

IDENTIFICATION:

- Passport (original)

- Driving license (original).

- Flight tickets.

- Credit card is required.

ACCIDENTS:

- 1. Fill in the form (there is an accident report form with the car documents)

- 2. Call to the Police.

- 3. Report the accident within 24 hours to Advertisement Rent a Car, S.L.
